If there's one thing that I have learned in my 30+ years in the hair and beauty industry it's this

IT'S REALLY HARD WORK!

It doesn't sound too sexy but there it is and in my journey into the unsexy side of our beloved industry I have owned 2 salons. The first I started on my own and grew it to a team of 10 before I moved location which became an Aveda Exclusive Hair Salon AND a Clarins Gold Salon employing 28 people.

Now I want to share the secrets of my success as well as the lessons I've learned from my failures.

It's simple......We all know what we should be doing and most of us are very good at NOT doing it!

My principle role in our relationship is to build a picture of your future successful self and agree a pathway to achieving that success.
That sounds easy enough, right?
Then there's the bit where I keep asking you to show me your homework and the look of disappointment in my eyes if you haven't done it......That's Supportive Accountability.
